The Baltic operations had about 5.9 million private and corporate customers at 30 September 2011 and offer services through an extensive retail network comprising over 200 branches as well as the Telephone Bank and the Internet Bank. Swedbank holds leading positions in several key market segments in the Baltic markets, with its largest market share in Estonia.
