Bank branches and the Internet and telephone banks are well integrated in our business organization, which is supported by units with specialists expertise and efficient production units.

As a universal bank, we serve all customer segments in our home markets of Sweden, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. We also serve niche segments in other markets. In customer relations, we value long-term partnerships.

We create value through our ability to develop strong customer relations in our existing markets and to expand the business through growth geographically and in new segments, combined with operational and cost efficiency and prudent risk management.
