Most recently, on 8 April Hansabankas received the award "Socially Resonsible Business 2007". "The National Responsible Business Award" was delivered for the first time in Lithuania. The award was initiated by the Ministry of Social Security and Labour together with the United Nations Development Programme in Lithuania.

Swedbank Robur was named the best fund manager in the Nordic region
In March 2008, Swedbank Robur was namned the best fund manager in the Nordic region for the second consecutive year by the international analyst firm Lipper.

Earlier this year Swedbank Robur was also named "Fund Manager of the Year " by Morningstar and Dagens Industri for the strong fund performance in 2007.

Hansabank was named Estonia's most valuable company
In October Baltic investment bank GILD Bankers in cooperation with Eesti Ekspress, Tallinn Stock Exchange and Estonian Employers' Confederation compiled a TOP 100 ranking of the most valuable companies in Estonia. Research made by GILD Bankers concluded that the biggest Estonian company is Hansapank with the estimated market value of EUR 6 billion (EEK 89 billion).

Estonian Hansa Pension Fund K3 was awarded Best European Pension fund
On the seventh annual IPE (Investments and Pensions Europe) Awards event in Vienna, November 15th, Hansa Pension Fund K3 was awarded the Best Europeans Pension Fund in Fixed income investments. In total, more than 300 pension funds from 30 countries competed.

"Euromoney" award for merit in investment banking
In an annual competition organized by the international financial journal "Euromoney", Hansabank received the award of excellence for merit in investment banking in the area of mergers and acquisitions between companies in Lithuania (Best M&A House).

IR Magazine Awards 2007 - Most progress in Investor Relations
Swedbank received in June 2007 the prize in the category "Most progress in investor relations". IR magazine commissions an independent research survey covering a broad cross-section of the Nordic investment community.

Hansabank's Klaipeda branch - Best in the European Union
In its annual “Club 500” vote, Western Union recognized the customer service outlet at Hansabank's Klaipeda regional branch in Lithuania as the best customer service outlet in the European Union.

Hansabank teams — Best in Europe
Once again, specialists from Hansabank have proven that they are among the best in Europe. Two teams from the bank even won the prestigious "Visa Challenge 2007" competition, placing first and third.

“Visa Challenge” is a virtual credit card business management game organized annually by the international credit card organization Visa Europe. Teams from banks and other financial organizations that are members of Visa Europe, from all over the continent, compete to generate the highest profits in a virtual credit card simulation program.

Folksam's equality index for 2007
According to insurance company Folksam's equality index for 2007, Swedbank has the highest level of equality among companies on the OMX Stockholm 30 index.
