Acquisition & Project Finance

At Acquisition & Project Finance (APF), we provide loan financing for different types of company acquisitions, mainly leverage buy-outs and public-to-private/public-to-public transactions. Our main clients within Acquisition Finance are private equity funds. The common denominator for these clients is that they work with leverage, i.e. the financial risk is higher, and the structure is more complex than in traditional corporate financing. We offer different types of senior term loans as well as working capital financing.

Within Project Finance, we offer long and medium-term financing for capital-intensive goods and projects such as power plants, wind farms and different types of telephone networks. We also structure and participate in Public Private Partnership transactions (PPP). Our clients are either corporate or public entities.
