Risk and capital adequacy reports
On 1 January 2014, when Basel 3 came into force in Sweden, the capital adequacy regulations were updated. This means that Swedbank will publicly disclose information in accordance with specified disclosure requirements at least once a year in conjunction with the publication of the annual report.
In addition, we shall assess the need to publish some or all disclosures more frequently in light of the specific characteristics of our business. However, the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority’s regulations stipulate the minimum requirements regarding information that must be disclosed on a quarterly basis.
Swedbank, as a complement to the regular information regarding capital and capital requirements published in the bank's interim reports and fact book, will publish additional quarterly information on this web page.
