“It is a very honourable assignment and I am happy to be given the opportunity to work with this investigation. Labor law and competence development are central issues for the development of the Swedish economy,” says Anna Breman, Chief Economist and Global Head of Macro Research at Swedbank.

The investigation aims to suggest how the Labor law can be modernized and adapted to the current labor market, while maintaining a fundamental balance between the social parties. The investigation is led by Gudmund Toijer, Justice Council.

The expert group of economists will consult with a reference group that consists of representatives of the social partners and small and midsized companies.
