Swedbank has only one class of share, ordinary shares (also known as A shares). Swedbank’s A shares are listed on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm in the Large Cap segment. Ordinary shares have one vote per share.

Preference shares
Preference shares were issued in the 2008 rights issue. All outstanding preference shares were automatically converted into ordinary shares in April 2013.
C shares
Class C shares were issued and repurchased in May 2011 in order to hedge the arrangements related to Swedbank’s undertakings regarding the incentive programme for 2010. In May 2012 all C shares were cancelled.
