Fredrik comes from a position as Nordic CSR Lead at Accenture where he, since 2010, has been responsible for the Nordic work. Since 2004 Fredrik has worked as consultant at Accenture Sweden within businessdriven sustainability, digitalisation and strength-based coaching. He has also experience as consultant from Inno Consulting and ABB.

-Fredrik has strong experience from structural sustainability work and will play an important role for Swedbank as we take the next step in the bank’s sustainability efforts. For us, sustainability is a fundamental part of our business and the bank has for many years worked systematically to integrate economic, social and environmental responsibility in all our activities, says Birgitte Bonnesen, CEO of Swedbank.

Fredrik will report to Mikael Björknert, head of CEO Offic, and will be a part of the Management team at CEO Office. Fredrik will join the bank on 29th of May 2017. Until then, Anna Lindberg continues to be the acting head of sustainability.
