Swedbank has today agreed to sell its holding in NCSD Holding AB to Euroclear group. This sale will result in a capital gain of preliminary around SEK 650m for Swedbank. NCSD operations affected Swedbank’s result by SEK -13m in 2006 and SEK 82m in 2007.
