We are happy that you are interested in learning more about Swedbank’s traineeship and internship program Kick Start. We hope to see people from different life and career stages join our program.
It doesn’t matter if you're studying or just wish to make a career change – we believe we can find challenges for everyone. Every year we welcome around 200 trainees to different countries and areas in the bank. Job tasks and needed qualifications for different positions can be seen in specific job ads.

- In Latvia 950€ (gross)
- In Lithuania 1100-1600€ (gross)

Find a suitable role
There are traineeship and internship positions open all year round. We are actively hiring trainees and junior specialists for our Kick Start program from February - May.

Meet us
At this stage, selected candidates will have calls with our recruiter or an interview with manager/mentor(s). This is for us to get to know you and for you to also get an overview of us. Depending on the traineeship position, you might also need to perform job-related tests or tasks.
