Sparia Group Försäkrings AB (Sparia) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Swedbank AB. Sparia is a captive insurance company that is licensed by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority to conduct both direct insurance and reinsurance business, regarding risks within the Swedbank Group and cooperating savings banks.

Sparia's operations are conducted in Sweden and the material risks are located in Sweden. The operations are affected by Swedbank's risks and needs for insurance coverage.
